The "10x10x10 Artist's Challenge" exhibit at the Wailoa Center in Hilo features the work of 15 alumni and three new artists, including Patrick Warren, a visual artist living in Kurtistown on the Big Island of Hawaii. Patrick's work "Finn" the whale is sure to capture the attention of visitors to the exhibit. After graduating from Waiakea High School, Patrick joined the U.S Air Force and later earned a Bachelor's of Art from the University of Hawaii at Hilo. Despite working in New York City as a printmaker, Patrick eventually moved back to Hilo to help take care of his ailing father and now works for Cunningham Galleries/The Picture Frame Shop. Visitors to the exhibit can witness the pure expression of creativity on display, including Patrick's unique perspective and style.
